These Terms cover all SwiftCraft mobile apps that require an account, currently Nuance and Manifest Perfect. By downloading, installing, or using either app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
Nuance provides AI-powered beauty analysis including face shape detection, skin tone and undertone analysis, colour season determination, makeup routine generation, and product recommendations. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Current pricing:
Scans are allocated per subscription period, unused scans roll over for one period, and are consumed when an analysis begins regardless of whether you save the result.
New users receive one free scan upon registration, no payment information required.
Product recommendations may contain affiliate links; we earn a commission when you purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are based on your beauty profile, not commission rates.
Manifest Perfect provides AI-powered manifestation and goal-tracking tools, including personalized audio narratives, an AI Manifest Coach, goal breakdowns (Action Bridge), and progress tracking (Proof Timeline). Content is generated by artificial intelligence and is for motivational, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes only.

Weekly plans are a capped trial-to-convert offering, not indefinite weekly billing. Feature limits (AI Coach messages, mind-movie generations, etc.) reset monthly per your active plan and are described in-app.

Each app, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by SwiftCraft Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create (photos, journal entries, goals). By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the service, including sending it to our AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Each app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftCraft Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of either app.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in-app. Upon termination, your subscription ends and your data is deleted per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the relevant app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
